Every object. Every story. Catalogued.
A collection management system for museums, archives and collectors — catalogue objects, attach media and publish to the public, with access controlled by role.
A collection is only as valuable as what you know about it. Collections keeps every object, image and record in one searchable place.

Questions? Answers.
Can we import our existing records?
Yes. We migrate data from spreadsheets and most existing systems as part of onboarding.
Who controls what the public sees?
You do. Each record and field can be marked public or private, and nothing is published without approval.
Can it be customised for our fields?
Yes. Custom fields and record types are configured to match how your collection is described.
